After opening the user panel from a plan card, confirm your account and check the plan name, data allowance, billing method, and amount on the order. A monthly plan should show its monthly price and data allowance; a data package should show the selected one-time allowance. Don't proceed based on a similar-sounding plan name alone.
Create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Keep your login details safe. Use the same account to view orders, access your subscription, and submit support tickets. After choosing Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, follow the instructions on the payment page. For USDT, carefully check the transfer details and requirements shown there; don't reuse details saved from another order. When you close the payment page, return to the user panel to check the order status.
If the payment result hasn't appeared in your account yet, first check that you're signed in to the account used for payment and see whether the order has updated. If you still have questions, share the order details and describe the issue through the support ticket page. Don't create the same order repeatedly or share your password, sensitive payment credentials, or full subscription link.

To request a refund, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Clearly explain your request and include the relevant order details. If you have multiple orders, specify which one you mean. You can describe connection issues and refund requests separately. To troubleshoot a connection, include the platform, current client status, route name, and error message. If you've decided to request a refund, say so directly in a ticket; repeatedly switching routes isn't a substitute for submitting a request.
