Services and Scope

Z9VPN provides cross-border network acceleration subscriptions, covering 90+ countries / 150+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Users can manage orders, retrieve subscriptions, and connect to international routes using a client through the dashboard. The dashboard shows the routes currently available for selection.

The service provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for third-party websites, AI tools, or streaming platforms. Regional requirements, access rules, and account reviews for target services are determined by their operators. A network connection does not guarantee that a target service will permit access.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required; registration only requires a username and password. Keep your password, subscription link, and login session secure. Subscription links are access credentials and should not be posted on public pages, code repositories, or group channels. If credentials are exposed, change your password promptly and check or refresh your subscription through the dashboard.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to devices managed by the account holder and does not authorize resale. Renting or reselling accounts or subscriptions is prohibited, as is sharing accounts or subscription links with others or packaging the service as a connection service for others.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. See the pricing page for details. Before payment, check the selected plan type, data allowance, and order total to distinguish monthly subscriptions from data packages.

Acceptable Use Requirements

Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable where they are located and to the services they use, and ensure they have any required authorization for their activities. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, distributing unlawful content, data theft, unauthorized system access, or other illegal purposes.

Sending malicious traffic, carrying out network attacks, sending spam, or using automation to interfere with routes or other users' normal use is prohibited. When accessing third-party platforms, users must also follow their rules for accounts, content, and API use. The service does not authorize users to evade platform penalties or obtain additional permissions.

Service Availability and Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as the local network, client settings, carrier routing, maintenance, and the status of target services. Z9VPN does not guarantee that every route will remain available or promise fixed speeds, latency, or access results on third-party platforms. Maintenance or route adjustments may cause temporary interruptions.

If you experience a problem, first check your local network, refresh your subscription, and try another route. You can then submit relevant error details through a support ticket. Handle bans, rate limits, or content changes by third-party platforms according to their rules. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for losses caused by third-party failures beyond its control. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Refund Terms

You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first payment, no reason required. To apply, visit the user dashboard ticket portal, provide the order details that need attention, and clearly state that you are requesting a refund. You do not need to explain why you are dissatisfied with the service.

Order verification is only used to match the payment with the request and is not a basis for adding refund requirements. We will communicate the outcome and any necessary progress through the ticket. If payment details need to be verified, do not submit your password or complete subscription link. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits provided by that order end. These terms do not limit any other rights granted to users under applicable law.

Account Termination and Changes to Terms

For illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or conduct that threatens service security, Z9VPN may suspend connections, restrict relevant features, or terminate an account as appropriate. To address an urgent risk, restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided through the dashboard afterward. Users who disagree with an action may request a review by submitting a ticket.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. Important changes affecting subscription benefits will be announced on the site or in the user dashboard. Changes will not retroactively reduce the lawful benefits of orders already in effect or affect refund rights that have already arisen. Read the updated terms before continuing to use the service.
